Specific Agreements of MONOIL project
- 7-1-2015 : “collaborative research agreement” between all partners
- a specific agreement for scientif and technical cooperation (18/03/ 2015) between IRD and Ministerio del ambiente /PRAS (valid for 5 years).
Framework agreement
The execution of the Project and the protection of the results are guaranteed by Collaborative Research Agreements established between the IRD, French Research Institute for the Development, working in cooperation in Ecuador since 40 years, and the involved Ministeries (Environment and Research, Innovation), the Ecuadorian Universities and the oil public companies (EP Petroecuador and Petroamazonas). These agreements define the data management, the data sharing, the intellectual property and the use of the results. The publication of results six months after the end of the project, or activity reports are allowed according to the parties.
