The implementation of the MOINOIL project depends on the use of various areas of expertise from the participants according to a global project plan and on an interdisciplinary research dynamic that will justify the collaboration. The partnership with Ecuadorian institutions (PRAS, EP Petroecuador, EPN, UASB, USFQ, UG) for this ANR project, and more globally, bilateral cooperation between France and Ecuador, will enable the production of pertinent results and their transfer and operational use in aid of concerted action.
